This is a great way for you to get coaching at a reduced cost.
In group coaching you'll share your success stories and your struggles with your coach and the members of the group. This allows for collaboration amongst the group and the feeling of community.
The members of the group must all have a similar goal, although the steps to get there might look a little different for each person.
Example 1: Common Goal of Weight Loss: Steps to get there might be: eating whole foods, exercising more, cutting processed foods, counting calories, Mediterranean Eating Plan, Ketogenic Eating Plan, Anti-Inflammatory Eating Plan, etc
Example 2: Common Goal of Stress Management: Steps to get there might be: Meditation, exercise, reading a book, limiting screen time, establishing a wind down routine, essential oils, yoga, etc.
Minimum 3 people.
