What Should My Goal Be?

Your health goal is completely a personal choice. Some clients know what they want to work on when they come to coaching, and others just come for "help".

You might have a similar goal as another client, but the steps you take to get there are very specific to your needs. I'll help you along your individual path. 

Past Client Goals have included:

~ Making my heaven - This client was looking to refind joy after building a business and becoming a mom during the pandemic

~ Exercise and health accountability - this client wanted accountability for her exercise routine. We also worked on sleep routines and healthy eating. 

~ Food Guilt - This client had been through treatment for anorexia, but wanted an individualized healthy eating plan and help with "guilt" around eating choices. 

~ Living with Pain - This client lives with chronic pain and we worked through pain management and activities specific for her. 

~ Health after Retirement - This client is heading for retirement and a big life change. She wants to remain healthy once her daily routine changes. 

~ Postpartum Exercise - This client recently delivered a baby and wanted to start exercising again. We also worked through a job transition.
